In a busy stressful life, we all need outlets to unwind. What better way to beat your stress, than by feeding your fear as you lean back over the edge and shoot down the abseil tower!
Learn the basics of abseiling, safe in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. Once confident you can up the adrenaline and even try it blindfolded! During the session we will cover the following: safety awareness; abseiling techniques; confidence tests and blindfold abseiling.
Group Size: The maximum group size is 20. The activity lasts for 2 hours.

This activity can be tiring but does not require a high level of fitness. Concern over medical/ health issues should be checked before purchase. The minimum age is 18 years old. No experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity.
