Fancy yourself as a bit of a Maverick? Buckle up and show us what you're made of.
Picture yourself strapped into your fighter aircraft, then suddenly out of the sun is a bandit. Sweeping into a banked roll you come round on his tail, line him up in your gun sight and let him have it! Victory is yours! This is Air Combat USA - a unique chance to be a Fighter Pilot for the Day. The Marchetti aircraft will pull +6g and you could be doing 90% of the flying! The tour includes two nights 4* accommodation, plus airfield transfers. You do not need a pilot's license for this event.
On arrival, spend a day relaxing at your four star hotel after soaking up the sites of LA. The following morning, transfer to the airfield for a briefing and get kitted out in your flight suit. Then take to the skies for your dogfight experience where your pilot will put the aerobatic plane through its paces as you try and score a direct hit on your opponent, indicated by a plume of smoke! The following day is at leisure before your return flight home.

This is an exclusive, once in a lifetime package and your call will be passed over to our specialist booking team who will be able to assist with tailoring the itinerary to meet your requirements. Please note that flights to California are not included in the price. This package is for two people, one flyer and one non participating guest. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis. Participants must be aged between 17 and 70 years old. Maximum height is 6'7" and maximum weight is 18 stones. Dates are available from February to November. Please note that the plane is flown with a professional pilot allowing you the chance to focus on getting that bull's eye! Your flight will last for around an hour.
