This one day basketball slam is an excellent way to get a taste of the sport, it's also great for those that really want to improve their game. Qualified coaches and ex-pro players will be teaching you the game.
Your day will be made up of learning the fundamentals, expert coaching sessions, games and competitions and an awards ceremony.

You will need a general fitness ability to participate in the training sessions. You need to be between 12 and 19 years old to take part in this experience. You do not require any qualifications.
