Learn this fascinating skills of carriage driving with a qualified instructor.
Love the idea of horse riding, but hate the idea of being too stiff to walk the next day? Then try a great horse experience which will not leave you saddle-sore! Your day begins with an introduction to driving by our highly experienced and friendly instructors, who will guide you through the mysteries of harnessing up. After preliminary instruction and demonstration, it will not be long before you are taking up the reins yourself and bowling merrily along our quiet country lanes under the guidance of your instructor. A suitable horse or pony will be specially selected for you from our large stables to help you enjoy your first taste of basic carriage driving. The experience includes a tour of our private carriage collection, tea and coffee.
Group Size: There'll be a maximum of three other people in your group.
Your carriage experience will last for about 3 hours.

This great experience is available on selected dates between March - October.
You'll need to be reasonably agile to climb on and off the carriage. This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please inform us if you have any other disabilities. To participate in this activity you must be at least 12 years old. You don't need any experience to enjoy this activity.
