Nutritional Healing is quite simply giving your body the right nutrients that it needs in order to achieve optimum levels of physical, mental and emotional health.
Nutritional Practitioners are trained to advise clients how to improve their overall health by looking at what their body really needs, in terms of food and nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. This is achieved by careful analysis of a client´s diet, lifestyle and general state of health.
Your nutrition consultation will be with a Nutri People practitioner. Nutri People is the premier organisation for bringing clients and nutritional practitioners together, and runs a network of fully qualified, experienced nutritional practitioners working across the UK. In your one-to-one session you will begin with why you feel you need the help of a nutritionist, along with an in-depth look at your personal history including diet, lifestyle, health and medical conditions. Your nutritionist will then talk you though what could be causing your health problems, and give advice on how best to correct this through carefully thought out dietary advice.
Group Size: Your consultation will be on a one-to-one basis with your nutritionist. Your session will last 1 to 1½ hours, depending on your chosen location.

Your session is available on selected dates, throughout the year.
There are no fitness restrictions for this activity. The minimum age is 16 years old, under 18s should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You do not require any qualifications in order to attend a consultation.
