Your experience includes a 15 minute hydrotherapy treatment, which is a warm water treatment to increase circulation and relax muscles. Hydrotherapy is an ideal preparation for your invigorating 90 minute back and scalp massage to reduce tension and detoxify.
Group Size: It will be just you and your therapist. The activity lasts for 1¾ hours.

Information and Restrictions This experience is available Mondays and Tuesdays at 9am, throughout the year.
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with high blood pressure. Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be carried out before your treatment. The minimum age is 16 years old. You do not need any qualifications or experience to take part in this relaxing treat.
