A full-day of hands-on private curry-cooking tuition.
This full day curry cookery course brings you six hours of private tuition for you or the recipient and one guest, from Curry Club founder and celebrity chef Pat Chapman. You will learn to cook seven popular dishes from the wonderful world of curries, plus starters and puddings. Lunch is included. At the end you will take home an author-signed souvenir itinerary/recipe booklet and a goodies bag.
The course starts at 10am, finishing at 2.30pm including a short briefing. You will then learn how to cook items such as Garam Masala, Curry Base and a Tandoori Base. Then Prawn Jalfrezi, Classic Lamb Korma, and Chicken Tikka Masala You will then eat what you've cooked so far. You will then cook a choice of two side dishes such as: Onion Bhajis and Samosas. Finally you will make two Puddings: Shrikand and Fruit Satay.
