Perfect for any budding enthusiasts who want to build on what they've already learnt.
Anyone who has already been on a beginner’s course, or is passionate about wine will love to go on this advanced course, held in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Led by an expert, this class will discuss all of the major classic wine regions in Europe and New World, looking at climate, important vintages, soil, grapes, winemaking trends and important producers, what makes the region unique and which food to serve with a particular wine.
This course begins at 11am. It will last until 5pm and will include a 45 minute break for lunch. Lunch is not actually included on this experience.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months, for one person. You are then free to arrange a day for your course with the wine school. You must book at least 2 weeks in advance. This course is available on selected Saturdays throughout the year. This course will last around 5 hours and will include tasting around 14 wines. Tasting glasses, water, biscuits and notes are included. There will be a maximum of 17 people on this course with you. Please note that it is not compulsory to have been on the beginners’ course before this one, but the course director will assume you have a certain level of knowledge and may use specific terms. For this reason you may find the beginners’ course more useful.
