The new fun way to keep fit, Pole Dancing is a demanding and sexy activity that brings with it a whole range of benefits. Learn the basics with this introductory group session and you'll be hooked. Hosted every six weeks at a selection of nightclub venues by professional dancers, you'll feel every inch the star as you take to the stage. Be daring, have fun and just think what your friends will say.
On arrival at the venue, meet your instructor who will talk you through the basics of what you are going to achieve. Then perform some gentle warm up exercises before watching and learning a series of dance and pole dancing moves before trying it out for yourself. The session ends with some gentle warm down exercises. the sessions are fun and light hearted - you can even sign up for a course of lessons if you get the bug! Please note that you cannot take alcohol into the venue, but there will be a bar you can purchase from.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This experience is suitable for women over the age of 18. You need to be reasonably fit to get the most from this experience. Don't worry if you have never tried this before, the instructors are on hand to make sure you feel comfortable. Tuition takes place in groups of up to 14 people. Your session will last for an hour and a half which includes changing, warm up, pole dance, warm down and changing. Locations are either nightclubs or gyms. Classes run every six weeks at all locations. Please bring with you, trainers, high heeled shoes/ boots, shorts/leggings, vest. Knee pads are also useful for floor work.
