Programmes are pre-loaded onto MP3 players to enable people to conquer a phobia or achieve a goal, any time, any place. Professional, practising hypnotherapists have written these programmes, to assure you that the sessions are of the highest quality and are completely safe. They have researched the science behind fears and obstructions to goals, and have recorded tracks to help people understand this. The 3 session program lasts approximately 81 minutes in total. It is recommended that you use the program for 2 weeks prior to your treatment and whenever you have appointments thereafter. You can use the audio for the Treatment Room during your appointment, if you seek permission from your dentist first. The key to Hypnotherapy is repetition - use your Hypno Imp as many times as you like! You can add your own files to the Imp and use it as a normal MP3 player. Headphones and battery are included.
